Can I cancel an order placed?
After an order has been concluded and sent, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had any problems during the purchase, write to and explain what happened. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I return a product?

I have received a damaged bottle or one that I don't like: how can I return it and be refunded?
Our courier is very careful to handle delicately the parcels sent by Geusu to its members. If for some reason one or more bottles have arrived damaged at your address, immediately contact our customer care at and explain the extent of the damage. They will answer you as soon as possible. In case of damaged goods you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with the description of the damage via email in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time.

What kind of payment method can I use on Geusu?
You can use Paypal and the main credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard

Is my data safe when I make a payment?
With Geusu you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure maximum privacy.

I requested an invoice but I did not find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
If you requested the invoice at the time of purchase, enter your profile, next to the orders you will find the invoice to download in PDF.

How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Shipping costs are fixed and amount to € 8.90 up to 3kg. However, if your order is equal to or greater than 3kg, the fixed costs will amount to € 14.90. Exceeded 78 euros of expenditure, all shipping costs in Italy are totally free.
