Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 n. 196 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") and articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("Regulation").
GEUSU srls provides information relating to the processing of personal data of the user who navigates and registers on the "GEUSU" portal at the address https://www.geusu.it/en/.
- Types of data collected -
Navigation data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Portal acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the terminals of the users who connect to the Portal, the MAC (Media Access Control) addresses, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Portal and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.
Data provided voluntarily by natural and legal persons
The user who intends to purchase products within the Portal must proceed with the registration request. For the purpose of this registration, the user is asked to provide a series of personal data, the communication of which is necessary for the provision of the Portal's own products consisting of sending newsletters, sending also personalized information and promotional campaigns for the purchase of GEUSU products.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The data provided and collected by GEUSU will be processed for the following purposes:
Check the correct functioning of the Portal and the services offered (anonymous data processing);
In the event that express consent has been given, for marketing and profiling purposes.
In this case, the consent given to the processing of data allows GEUSU to make promotional offers and marketing communications, including personalized ones, both through automated tools, such as e-mail, and through traditional tools, such as ordinary mail or telephone calls via operator, relating to GEUSU products. This treatment therefore involves the analysis of the user profile in order to determine his preferences and make the sending of promotional communications as targeted and interesting as possible. It is obviously understood that the subscription to the Portal and therefore to the newsletter (constituting the main service of the Portal itself) can be canceled at any time without costs for the user, by sending an Email to the address: vinigeusu@gmail.com
Failure to provide data during registration will not allow completing this registration and will therefore prevent GEUSU from selling its articles on the Portal.
Processing methods
The collected data will be processed, stored and processed with electronic tools and will be stored both on IT and paper supports, organized in databases, and on any other suitable type of support. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The data will not be disseminated; they may be communicated to companies, associations or professional firms that deal with the management of the Portal (including web hosting services) or that deal with the user's requests.
The data may be processed for obligations established by EU laws, regulations or regulations, and by provisions of the Supervisory Authorities.
The personal data provided may be freely transferred outside the national territory to countries located in the European Union. Any transfer of the personal data of the interested party to countries located outside the European Union will take place, in any case, in compliance with the appropriate and appropriate guarantees for the purposes of the transfer itself in accordance with applicable legislation and in particular with articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation.
Data retention period
The personal data collected and processed as a result of browsing the Portal will be kept for the entire period necessary for the provision of the services requested by the customer and then immediately deleted, except as provided for in the information on the use of cookies.
The processing will be carried out as long as the interested party does not exercise the revocation by written communication to the vinigeusu@gmail.com address or through the procedure for canceling registration on the Portal.
The data collected and processed will in any case be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, also to fulfill contractual or legal obligations and to document the activities carried out, as well as to guarantee the GEUSU's legitimate interest in protecting itself from responsibilities potentially deriving from the processing and until any eventual action against it is prescribed.
Rights of the subject to whom the data refer
In relation to the aforementioned data processing, the subject to whom the data refers has the right to exercise at any time the rights provided by the Code regarding the protection of personal data (article 7) and by the Regulation (articles 15, 16, 17 , 18, 19, 20, 21), i.e. the rights to: a) access personal data; b) request its correction, updating, integration, cancellation, limitation or portability; c) oppose the treatment; d) withdraw consent to the processing of data and e) propose a complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
