Grillo in purity, a wine that perfectly tells Sicily with the scents of earth burnt by the sun and invigorated by the wind: salt, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, dry straw and hawthorn. In the mouth it is an explosion of flavors born from the combination of freshness, minerality and sweetness. The scents of white-fleshed and tropical fruit predominate.

The grapes are harvested during the second ten days of September. After a short skin maceration in a soft press to allow the extraction of the aromatic compounds. The must obtained is fermented at low temperatures (cryomaceration) in steel tanks for 12/14 days. The wine obtained is aged in stainless steel tanks for 4/5 months and then continues the refinement for a month in the bottle.
